Following up on his Billboard-Charting Single, “On the Town,” and his 2020 Sirius XM single debut, “Bird Rock,” Isaac Edwards returns with a brand-new single produced on his own music label, Songs in My Pocket Music. The single, “With You,” is a funky-upbeat melody that stays in your ears long after the song is over! The single is helped by a bevy of smooth-jazz heavyweights, including Darren Rahn (co-writing and mixing), Jacob Webb (bass), Kevin Marsh (drums/percussion), Jordan Love (guitar), and Steve Hall (mastering).
This single is 100% inspired by Isaac’s lovely wife, Laura, who—in Isaac’s words—"makes everything better!” The couple just celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary in March of this year. The couple share two children and are based in Temecula, California. The SoCal-based saxophonist doesn’t just flourish in the music scene, but Isaac is also a practicing attorney with a law degree from the prestigious Pepperdine University School of Law.
“When people ask me what I do, I almost always tell them that I’m a musician who acts like a lawyer five days a week,” Isaac said. However, when he is off the clock, he hits the SoCal music scene, performing with jazz heavyweights like Adam Hawley, DW3, Darryl Williams, and with his own band.
